Number 1: Top Albums of 2009

1. Passion Pit – Manners
I don’t think a more refreshing sound reached more listeners in 2009 than Passion Pit’s Manners. Sleepyhead made everyone sit up and take notice, only to realise it wasn’t a one-hit wonder, rather a bold and innovative introduction to the album of the year.
Littered with instant hits, stirring moments, and uplifting tunes, you can sing along, dance around, lay back and relax or get pumped up by it. With all these qualities, essentially it’s an album that makes you happy, and isn’t that what everyone wants?
Standout track: Moth’s Wings
