Mountains Sounds: A boutique festival

If you have no plans, mediocre plans, or even good plans this weekend, ditch them. There is a festival THIS Saturday at Mt Penang Gardens (1.5hrs from Sydney) and it is gorgeous. The summery garden complete with waterfalls will host a range of bands, including Ball Park Music, Cosmo’s Midnight, The Holidays, Jinja Safari, Snakadaktal, Sticky Fingers and World’s End Press. Showcasing Australia’s best upcoming bands with the more established ones, this festival is one not to miss.

This is a cultural and sustainable festival, with good times all round. Market stalls will feature, selling everything from fresh fruit to jewellery and hemp products. There’s also an official afterparty in Gosford from 10pm to 5am!
