Rave Your Way Into The Day With Morning Gloryville

Words by Scenewave Australia - Published on July 8, 2014

Let’s be honest with each other. Raving and sobriety don’t traditionally work so well together.

Until NOW, that is!

That’s right folks. Welcome to the world of “conscious clubbing.”

I’d like to introduce you to MORNING GLORYVILLE, a unique and revolutionary fitness craze born out of the trendsetting East London.

It’s a family friendly fitness rave. An experience like no other.

Dubbed an “immersive musical, creative and holistic experience,” Morning Gloryville sets out to redefine raving and fitness – and they want YOU to be a part of it.

Instead of drugs and alcohol, you’ll be treated to  energy treats, smoothies, yoga and “Rave-ilates,”   which is pretty damn perfect for a Wednesday morning!

If you’re anything like me, you already know that energetic dance music is easily the best soundtrack to exercise to. Trance, trap, techno, house – these beat-heavy styles are energising, rhythmic and fun to work out to. Morning Gloryville are taking this even further by having LIVE DJs producing tracks while you sweat.

Morning Gloryville runs from 6:30 – 10:30 am, you are welcome to come and go when you please. Expect to be welcomed by a team of ‘Wake-Up Angels,’ with coffee, water, massages and smoothies at the ready.

If you can’t make it this month, no problem! Morning Gloryville will be taking place on the last Wednesday of every month.

Early bird tickets are only $18 and include entry, a ten minute massage, coffee, yoga, rave-ilates and more.

The Wall Street Journal recently made a little video about this wonderful new craze:
