Dust off your picnic rugs and grab the bottle opener.

This summer on the edge of Sydney Harbour, Taronga Zoo will return for their 20th anniversary edition of the delectable ‘Twilight at Taronga’. For those who have ever wondered which animals were given the gift of dancing, it won’t be long until the music will reverberate around one of Australia’s best renowned zoos. The concert will take place in the amphitheatre which is blessed with spectacular 180 degree views of the harbour.

Each Friday and Saturday night from Friday 30th January to Saturday 21st March, the zoo will host iconic artists such as Paul Kelly, Sarah Blasko, Dan Sultan, Something for Kate and Bernard Flanning, with a taste of international music including Rufus Wainwright and Conor Oberst among others.

Picnic rugs will be spread and champagne will be poured, with proceeds going to continue supporting the Taronga Conservation Society Australia.

Tickets go on sale today at 9am through http://twilightattaronga.org.au/
