What aren’t these guys up to at the moment? During Metronomy’s Parklife tour, they dropped into Triple j for an interview and an impromptu performance of Empire of the Sun’s ‘We are the People’. They also had time for an awesome rendition of ‘Not Made For Love’ off their latest EP.

Imagine it’s Friday afternoon, what better way to ease into party mode than with some indie remixes!
It’s officially been five days without a post about Metronomy, and we can’t have that happen! While scouring the net, feeding my Metronomy-fueled obsession, I stumbled across this “unofficial, but approved video”, on r.fm, for the hypnotic track ‘On The Motorway’. A creative idea which captures the frantic pace of the song.
Metronomy’s latest offering “Not Made for Love” is the follow up EP to the critically acclaimed 2008 release “Nights Out”. The album contains a swathe of remixes, of which the ALALAL Remix of “Not Made for Love” is the standout track.
I know it’s a little old, but after Metronomy’s amazing Parklife set, I had to share this awesomely creative, if not a little cheesy, video clip.
