New Music: Britney Spears – ‘Baby One More Time’ (Kulkid Remix)

Never say Never rofl. We thought we’d never see this artist on the site, however we at Scenewave HQ thought this remix of Britney Spears was too good to pass up. Everyone loved the 90’s music scene and there’s possibly no bigger track that defines the 90’s pop scene to its core.

French producer and mixmaster Kulkid gives ‘Baby One More Time’ a touch of his own creativity blending in some nice dark vocals, a very nu-disco/house element and a splash of steelpans from the Trinidad and Tobago for a bit of spice.

The wonderful facelift to the already mega pop hit fits just wonderfully.

Kulkid’s no stranger to this kind of shenanigans with this year remixing some other huge tracks by Mumford & Sons, Drake, Bon Iver and The xx.
