Stemming from the south eastern coast of Australia in ole Sydney town, four piece Boy & Bear have exploded onto the Indie Folk Roots scene with their captivating debut single, Mexican Mavis.
Influences ranging from ‘Grizzly Bear’ and ‘Fleet Foxes’ to ‘The Shins’ have set this band up to do great things.
The workings of three separate front men creates music that appeals to a wide variety of personalities, with the band consisting of Dave Hosking (lead vocals/guitars), Killian Gavin (vocals/guitars), Tim Hart (drums/vocals/guitars) and Jake Tarasenko (bass).
Don’t miss the opportunity to see them on their SLIGHTLY MEXICAN TOUR, this Friday November 6th in Brisbane at The Troubador. They will be supported by District Of East and Stu Larsen.
