King Krule – 6 Feet Beneath The Moon

Words by Scenewave Australia - Published on August 15, 2013

Archy Marshall, the unstoppable teen genius behind King Krule, has given the people what they want, putting his upcoming debut album 6 Feet Beneath The Moon up on his website for the world to stream in all its splendour and glory. The album is currently playing on repeat day and night on ‘KKTV’, accompanied by CCTV footage from the streets of London, Archy’s home town.

This album is one of the most anticipated releases of the year for us here at Scenewave, and on first impression it looks like it’s been worth the wait. It’s hypnotically mellow for the most part and full of lush and varied instrumentation, but its dripping with that swagger and whip-sharp attitude we’ve come to expect from the South-East Londoner.

Pay a visit to King Krule TV here for the full stream and have a gander at the delicious music video for lead single ‘Easy Easy’ below.  The album gets its official release of August 24, Archy’s 19th birthday.
