Weekend Froth: Brother Blyss – ‘Still Don’t Seem To Care’

Words by Scenewave Oz - Published on March 28, 2014

Looking for some new tunes to bring in your weekend? We’ve got one that you shouldn’t pass up.

They’re called Brother Blyss and they’re out of LA.

They’ve just dropped their first single ‘Still Don’t Seem to Care’ and to be honest this has to be one of the most solid releases that has hit 2014.

A sound right up the alley of those fond of all things Tame Impala and Temples, they also bring for us an element of early days Swoon by Silversun Pickups with the added psychedelia of the legends Stone Roses.

As we’ve only got the single to go by, this release put these lads on the radar of a band to watch in 2014.

The track produced by the maestro of Claudius Mittendorfer who is man behind putting the touch on the sound of Arctic Monkeys, Muse, Interpol, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs…you get the gist

We’re pumped for their EP to drop and looking forward to see them live in action.
